Best way to carry a load?

In a Tanzanian fishing village, this woman represented many who carry huge loads on their heads. Sometimes, they have something also in their hands, or are shepherding two fully loaded donkeys while balancing something incredible on their head. This is a full pail of water from Lake Victoria. It is NOT light!
